About our company

 

Serving the educational market since 2001 and operating in Canada, USA, Mexico and Peru, our flagship product the iBoard™ Blue interactive whiteboard has proved to be a success all over North America.

 

iBoard Canada Manufacturing Inc. is an affiliate of iBoard Inc. in the USA and Internet Controlado S.A. de C.V. in Mexico. Together the group has 4 offices, 2 production plants and our own training department for online or live training and workshops. We also have several OEM partners for hardware and software.

 

In the spring of 2006, we redesigned the iBoard™ Blue electronic whiteboard by adding the ergonomic function, the built-in sound system and the cabinet on the back to store the computer. Patents and trademarks are owned by iBoard Canada Manufacturing Inc.

 

In 2010 we designed, patented and manufactured the first interactive blackboard in North America. We call it the iBoard™ Black model. It's the first of it’s kind. Our company has won awards and received a grant from the CRA for Research and Scientific Development.

 

We sell directly to educative institutions such as K-12 schools, post secondary institutions, academies and clubs. We also sell to credited distributors and integrators; we participate directly or through third parties in public and private tenders or bids. Our company is bonded for governmental tenders in Canada and Mexico.

 

Since we started operations our company has been committed with our planet. Over 80% of the materials used to manufacture the electronic whiteboard itself comes from recycled materials there is no other electronic whiteboard in the world that we know of that is so ecologically friendlier.
